End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Drop It (the “App”, “Service”, or “Platform”), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement (“Agreement”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Drop It. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.
3. License Grant
Drop It grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to this Agreement.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you create, upload, or “drop” on the platform (“User Content”). By posting User Content, you grant Drop It a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, distribute, and make your content available as part of the Service.
- You are responsible for all content you post
- You must not post illegal, harmful, or abusive content
- Drops may be location-persistent by design
5. Prohibited Conduct
- Any content depicting nudity, sexual activity, or sexual exploitation
- Harassment, bullying, hate speech, or abusive conduct of any kind
- Threats of violence, intimidation, or encouragement of harm to individuals or groups
- Impersonation, fraud, or any misleading or deceptive behavior
- Attempts to reverse engineer, exploit, disrupt, or interfere with the Service
- Unauthorized access to systems, accounts, data, or networks
- Use of the Service for illegal activities or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
- Distribution of malware, spam, or other harmful or malicious content
- Any objectionable, offensive, or abusive content or behavior is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate action, including suspension or termination of access
6. Child Safety and Zero-Tolerance Policy for CSAE
Drop It has a zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).
The use of Drop It to create, upload, distribute, request, promote, or engage in any form of CSAE is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Any sexual content involving minors, whether real or fictional
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form, including images, videos, audio, text, or links
- Sexualized depictions of children
- Grooming, solicitation, or exploitation of minors
- Role-play, fantasy, or simulated content involving sexual activity with minors
- Requests for or encouragement of CSAE-related content
Any account found to be involved in CSAE will be immediately suspended or permanently terminated. Drop It will remove offending content without notice and will report suspected CSAE to appropriate law enforcement authorities and child protection organizations, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Users are encouraged to report any content or behavior that violates this policy through the in-app reporting tools or by contacting support@drop-it.ca.
7. Location-Based Features
Drop It is a location-based platform. By using the Service, you acknowledge that content may be associated with physical locations and visible to others nearby. You are responsible for your safety and conduct when interacting with location-based content.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate this Agreement or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting your account.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Drop It is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy, or availability of content.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drop It shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
11. Changes to This Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
